Payment Due Date
Service maybe discontinued without notice when delinquent. A fee of $60.00 will be assessed if you are placed on the disconnect list. This fee must be paid before reinstatement of service. A penalty of 10% plus tax will be assessed at the close of business, 4:00 p.m. on the 15 of the month. Cut-offs will begin any day after the 15th of the month. If the due date falls on a weekend or a Holiday, penalties will be assessed on the following full business day at 4:00 p.m.
